Why am I not able to sync the PDA

 PDA's should be synchronized at least once a week to eliminated this issue and to receive any updates that iThNk implements

What should users do if unable to sync the PDA successfully?

 Contact the Help Desk as soon as possible for support and do not try to solve the problem on your own, this could create more problems with the PDA, as the user will not know what the error codes imply.

"Incomplete" notification received

 If observation/s is/are not complete, due to any reason, a change request form needs to be completed and submitted for authorization to ACSA Corporate before deactivating the observation/s. Once iThNk receives the authorized form the changes can be implemented.
